Group planning
Plan a group evening without endless messages
Agree on a few essentials before looking for a venue.
Set a clear brief
Choose the date, approximate group size and a spending range everyone is comfortable with. Ask about seating, access and food needs privately where appropriate. Do not assume that every guest drinks alcohol.
Confirm with the venue
Ask whether a group reservation is possible and what it requires. Check deposits, minimum spend and cancellation conditions in writing. A photograph of a terrace does not confirm available seats for your date.
Share one practical message
Send the address, time and agreed payment plan once details are confirmed. Keep a simple way to notify the group of changes. This journal does not accept reservations or hold tables.
