Outdoor seating: questions worth asking
Shade, shelter and access can matter more than a venue’s most attractive photograph.
Ask about the actual table
Check whether your booking is outdoors, covered or subject to availability. If mobility or step-free access is important, confirm the route from entrance to seating and facilities directly.
Plan for changes
Ask what happens if conditions make the outdoor area unusable. A backup indoors is not automatic. Consider whether the cancellation policy matches the uncertainty of the plan.
Read images with care
Photos may show a different season, event or layout. Use them as inspiration and obtain current details from the venue. We do not publish invented opening hours or claims of a recent visit.
